Terms & Conditions

• Prices are per week in Euros
• Larger events such as weddings are charged at a higher rate
• The changeover days are flexible out of season. During the season it is a Saturday
• A refundable damage deposit of EUR 1500 must be paid in order for the villa to be booked and will be returned within 14 days of departure providing there has been no damage caused to the villa/contents. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your holiday for any reason
• The rent must be paid in full, 8 weeks before arrival. Payment is done via wire transfer to our bank account
• You will need to check in all guests and sign an electronic rental agreement before key codes are released. This will be emailed to you before arrival
• Check in time is 16:00 and check out time is 10:00. Early check-in and late check-out is available at a cost of EUR 68 if we do not have guests arriving or departing the same day, please check calendar
• The master chef, masseuse or other services comes at an additional cost, please see services tab
• Sports equipment, bbq gas and wifi is complementary
• Any of the wines, cans and spirits opened/drunk will be deducted from your deposit. Please see bar tab
• We recommend personal holiday insurance as you are not covered by Villa los Arcos
• Upon arrival at Villa los Arcos there will be a welcome pack – please read this carefully as it contains helpful/important information about the villa and your stay
• No pets allowed
• You agree to our privacy policy
• You will be added to our marketing emails list
