Booking

Is there a minimum age to rent the villa?

Yes the lead guest needs to be a minimum of 25 years old.

How do I reserve a booking?

To make a reservation, a EUR 1,500 refundable damage deposit must be remitted to our bank account. You will be given the account details via email. It will be returned to you within 2 weeks of departure following satisfactory inspection of the property. The deposit is non-refundable if you decide to cancel your holiday.

How/when do I pay the outstanding amount for my booking?

You will need to transfer the full amount to the same bank account 8 weeks prior to arrival. The details will be sent to you via email. The full amount is non-refundable if you decide to cancel your holiday less than 8 weeks before arrival.

What are the check-in and check-out times and can we arrive/depart early/late?

Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. If we have other guests arriving or departing the same day then these times cannot be changed. If this is not the case, early check-in and late check-out is available at an extra cost of €69 per hour.

Please check the availability calendar before requesting early check-in and late check-out. If this option is not available we can store your luggage from 10am.

Do you accept conferences, weddings or bigger events?

Yes we accept conferences and corporate events only.

What is the cost for more than 29 guests?

This is not allowed.

Can I book the villa for less than a week, what is the cost and what are the changeover days?

The villa can be booked for less than a week between September and June. During July and August the changeover days are on Saturdays. If the villa is booked for less than a week the price is the weekly price divided by 7, multiplied by the number of nights booked plus an extra charge of €595 for cleaning.

Can we leave luggage at the villa before the check-in time?

Yes this can be done from 10am on the day of arrival. Please note we do not accept any responsibility for damaged or lost items.

What is included in the rental price?

All utility bills, sports equipment, bbq gas, linen, towels and wifi is included in the rental price. Please note the indoor swimming pool can be heated to around 30 degrees at a cost of €69 day. For all other services please see our price list on the “services”.

What currencies can we pay in?

We only accept Euros. Please make sure you instruct your bank to send the right amount of Euros and that any transfer costs are paid by the sender.

Is it possible to reserve the villa until we pay the deposit?

No unfortunately we operate bookings on a first come first paid service so we cannot reserve the villa until the refundable damage deposit has been paid.

Is there a discount for repeat bookings?

Yes, this will be discussed on a induvidual basis.

Is there a security deposit on arrival?

No, the EUR 1,500 refundable damage deposit paid when reserving the booking acts as the security deposit and will be returned after departure.

Are there any additional costs?

Any additional services used will be invoiced after departure.

Are pets allowed?

No

Additional services

How do I book any additional services including master chef, maid and masseuse?

All services are booked with us using the same email address as the booking of the villa. Please specify what days and time you would like these services and any specific requirements and we will arrange this for you.

How do I pay for additional services?

All other services need to be arranged through us via email and we will ask you to wire the cost of these services along with your rental fee if they exceed the refundable damage deposit.

Where do I find the best car rental or transfers?

Our host can help you with this. Please let us know if you require these services and we can send you a quote. We charge €35pp for airport transfers (return trip with meet & greet).

How much does the master chef cost?

See the meny and prices on the services tab.

Do you offer any grocery shopping services before arrival?

No

How does the fully stocked bar work?

This is charged per bottle/can opened and there is a price list at the villa and on the services tab. We sell all main spirits, mixers, beer and wine. The beer is sold in 50L kegs for €175.

Sports

Are tennis, table-tennis rackets and balls provided?

All sports equipment is provided.

Pools

When is the indoor swimming pool heated and to what temperature?

The indoor pool can heated to around 30 degrees at a cost of €69/day. It can only be booked for the whole duration of your stay.

When are the pools cleaned and chlorine added?

The maintenance person comes weekly to clean the pools and garden. We suggest you don’t swim in the outdoor pool for 4 hours after he has added chlorine. Our host on the ground will let you know what days during the week this is on arrival.

Transport/directions

Do we need a car?

Renting a car is recommended but we can provide transfer/shuttle services.

What is the nearest airport?

The nearest airport is Malaga that is a 22min drive from the Villa.

How far are the nearest shop, restaurant, beach and town?

The nearest restaurants, beach and town is in Fuengirola town that is a 8min drive from the villa. The nearest supermarket is Carrefour that offer delivery services (5min drive). Our host will provide information regarding all of this on arrival.

How do I get directions from the airport to the villa?

On Google maps on our website.

How far is Marbella and Puerto Banus?

Almost a 25min drive from the Villa.

How many car parking spaces are there at the Villa?

There are 3 spaces in the private garage and 2 spaces on the private outside car park.

Facilities

Are linen and towels provided?

All beds will be made with clean linen and each guest is given 2 towels upon arrival plus a beach/pool towel. These will not be changed/cleaned during your stay. There is a washing machine in the villa.

How many beds are there and how many people does the Villa sleep?

29 people, see facilities tab (“bedrooms”).

Can the double beds be split into singles?

No unfortunately not.

Is there wireless internet?

Yes 100Mb.

Do all bedrooms have air-conditioning?

Yes all bedrooms have one air-condition unit each.

Are there cots & high chairs in the villa?

Yes please let our host know before arrival.

Is there wheelchair access in the villa?

There are a few staircases in the villa and unfortunately the villa is not suited for wheelchair access.

Cash points and taxis

Where is the nearest cash point and do Taxis take credit cards?

There are cashpoints in Malaga airport and the nearest cashpoint to the Villa is located at each roundabout on Av. De Mijas road leading up to the house. This is a 20min walk but taxis do accept credit cards. The cheapest option is to use Uber or Bolt.

***PLEASE NOTE

If you prefer to take a taxi from the airport, please be aware of illegal operators outside the arrivals terminal offering “cheap” rides. Some of these drivers may not even have a valid license. For your safety and security, follow the “Taxi” signs to the designated area where licensed and legal taxi services are available.

Do you have floor plans of the villa?

Yes under the facilities tab.

Can we have a gathering in the garden and play music?

Yes music can be played to midnight at a respectable volume.

Can the bunk beds be changed to either double of single beds?

No

Can you add extra beds if we are over 29 people?

No

What music systems are there?

You can connect via bluetooth or there is a AUX cable that you can connect your ipad, iphone, laptop to play music through the speakers in the lounge, bar and master bedroom.
